The purpose of the treatment and legal grounds

We process your personal data for the purpose of handling expressions of interest and preparation of agreements, administering our customer relationships, and delivering goods and services linked to the agreement. The treatment takes place on the basis that it is necessary for us to be able to fulfil our agreement with you.



Storage of personal data

We do not store your personal data longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing. If the customer relationship with us ends, we store your name, your address, your email address and your telephone number for a maximum of two years after the customer relationship ended. We always process your personal data to the extent and during the time we are obliged to do so in accordance with applicable laws. To the extent your personal data is no longer necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing, or the processing for other reasons would no longer be permitted, the data will be anonymised or deleted. Transfer of personal data

Your information may be shared between the companies within the Group in cases where this is necessary due to Group-wide functions. We may disclose your personal information to our personal data assistants, e.g. companies that need to be hired for invoice administration or IT and cloud services. In such cases, a personal data assistant agreement is entered into which ensures that your personal data is only treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties.
