We know foil - And everything about wrapping with it

Spaljisten has mastered the art of foil wrapping. We have the capacity as well as the technology to manufacture fronts with polymeric foil - from simple designs in smaller batches to highly complex furniture designs in great volumes.

We produce fronts for the bedroom, kitchen and living room with the highest quality standard. Our machine park consists of advanced and modern machinery for wrapping fronts with polymeric foil.

OUR PROFILES

Visualisations of our profiles - 1D och 2D wrapping profiles, J, L, ocu U profiles

Sustainability is one of our key missions and we have projects with all our main suppliers to make our products more sustainable. For example, we work intensely with our foil suppliers to increase the amount of recycled plastic from the consumer (PET bottles) and in our case also from the trailer industry. In our collaboration with the suppliers, we work actively with supplier evaluation and follow-up to nurture the partnership.

Our products are under constant development and the raw materials need to be both thinner and lighter to meet the demands of sustainability and price from the market. As a proactive partner to our customers in the market, we continuously oversee our machinery for foil wrapping, production flows and both external and internal logistics. All the board materials that we use at Spaljisten are FSC certified.

CERTIFICATIONS

We are proud to meet the requirements for IWAY, IWAY Forestry and GO/NOGO. We have the following certifications. Spaljisten is FSC® certified (Forest Stewardship Council®) (FSC-C114672)

OUR PRODUCTS

Product specifications of your choice

High gloss fronts? Or matt fronts with structure? We will nail it. We handle a wide selection of foil-wrapping finishes for all our products. We produce fronts for kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms.

We have developed and manufacture a kitchen door made with reduced amount of wood compared to similar products. It is also foil wrapped with next-generation foil that is 90% made from recycled PET bottles. It weighs less, foil has been developed to be more scratch-resistant and last but not least, the materials in the product are kinder to nature.

Impregnated fronts or fronts with polymeric foil are some of the things we deliver on a daily basis. With existing equipment, we can produce flat lamination, L-profile and U-profile, and during 2023, we are commissioning the technology to deliver fronts with J-profile. We are so excited!
