Machines & Factory

Today we have several foil wrapping lines installed and can offer flat lamination, different profiles with 2D wrapping technology, as well as integrated handles. One of these lines is unique and specialized in processing thicker foils that mostly have a high gloss finish used for fronts and panels fulfilling the highest requirements when it comes to top-quality surfaces.

Our production site is highly automated and continuously improved. This, together with our highly skilled personnel, makes Spaljisten a first-class international supplier.

We have optimized the logistic flow in the factory for maximum output. In one corner of the factory, the raw material is stored. The material goes through the whole production via different production steps and ends up in our storage department in the opposite corner of the factory for further distribution to customers. The normal status is having 2-4 weeks of finished goods in stock.

In total, we possess over 41.000 m2 of production area. The total lead time for a single product going from raw material to a “flat package” at the warehouse is often less than two days.

"Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs." - This is the definition of sustainable development from the UN.

“For me, sustainability means that the Earth’s resources we have inherited and will hand over to our successors will grow, not shrink. With the help of smart and innovative technology, we can ensure that we constantly get more out and consume less. By consuming less, we create the right conditions for a stable, sustainable climate in the long term.”
