What makes Spaljisten an exciting workplace?
- It is exciting to be part of the journey in the expansive phase we are in. For my own part, it is very much about directing the offer, what is new in 5-10 years, what can we do and what should we do? It's challenging in a fun way.
Spaljisten works to become a world-class furniture front manufacturer and on the way become a recognizable development partner for our customers. Together is one of the most important keywords in the company and it is great to see when that word is put into handling. There are several innovative solutions that have been achieved when everyone gathers and help each other. It is an incredible strength for Spaljisten and customers often speak well of Spaljisten as a supplier
What makes you most proud to be a part of Spaljisten?
- When we get positive feedback from our customers, there is a lot of work behind it to become a really good supplier.
Even though Frederick is the front figure, it is not only his merit that customers have a very positive image of the company, but he is proud of the culture that exists among the employees at Spaljisten.
He finds the energy to solve all the tasks of the working day at home with his family. There is of course not that much rest as a father of two, but when the Friday tacos are prepared, he enjoys it to the fullest. He just wishes there was some time left for a round of golf every now and then. He would very much like to avoid becoming "Worst player" for the third year in a row in this year's group golf tournament. It remains to see if he can avoid the last place.
